Carrie Underwood was born on March 10, 1983, in Muskogee, Oklahoma in the USA. Her mother’s name is Carole and her father is known as Steve Underwood. She grew up in a nearby rural town called Checotah with her parents.
She was raised in a Christian home and so began singing in her children’s days at her local church called First Free Will Baptist Church. As a young girl, she also performed at Robbins Memorial Talent Show. That is when she started developing her singing talent.

Carrie Underwood has made several achievements in the music industry. She rose to fame after winning the fourth season of American Idol in 2005. Carrie’s single “Inside Your Heaven” made her the only country artist to debut atop the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
